In this video, Elaine Galea, Admissions, Marketing, and Student Recruitment Manager at Queen Mary, Malta, and Chanell Muscat, Admissions Officer, discuss the various support services at Queen Mary, Malta.

Admissions and Arrival

Student support begins with the admissions team. Its primary focus is on helping Queen Mary, Malta raise its profile and support students to settle in once they receive an offer. They also ensure students have all the information they need to make a successful application for Queen Mary.

“The role of the admissions team begins from the moment students start exploring medical universities until they step onto our campus. We’re here to assist with everything, from initial application assessments to general inquiries. Once you receive an offer, we offer valuable support, including interview preparation, guidance on tuition payments, and assistance with visa applications. We even offer a ‘meet and greet’ service at the airport.”

The team addresses common questions from students, such as career opportunities after graduation and whether studying at the Malta Campus puts them at a disadvantage compared to the London campus. They assure us that Queen Mary, Malta confers the same degree as its London counterpart, and graduates have pursued careers in leading hospitals across the UK and around the world.
